摘  要:以钛酸四丁酯为原料,乙醇为溶剂,采用溶胶—凝胶法制备TiO_(2)薄膜,利用旋转粘度计、光学显微镜和扫描电子显微镜研究了浓度、加水量、TiO_(2)溶胶黏度、水解抑制剂种类及用量对镀膜效果的影响。在此基础上,采用浸渍—提拉法经过三次镀膜在载玻片上成功制备出均匀、致密的TiO_(2)薄膜。TiO_(2) films were prepared by Sol-Gel method with tetrabutyl titanate as raw material and ethanol as solvent.The effects of concentration,water content,viscosity of TiO_(2) Sol,type and dosage of hydrolytic inhibitor on the coating effect were studied by means of rotational viscometer,optical microscope and SEM.On this basis,the homogeneous and dense TiO_(2) film was successfully prepared on the slide by the impregnation-pulling method after three times of coating.
