摘 要:以福建省南平市水吉镇所产矿样为研究对象,采用XRF、XRD、TG-DTA和高温物性测试仪研究矿样的化学组成、矿物组成,以及加热过程中的变化。结果表明:该矿样主要由石英、方解石和钾长石组成,含少量滑石和褐铁矿;化学组成为SiO_(2)57.87 wt.%,Al_(2)O_(3)16.76 wt.%,CaO 3.85 wt.%,MgO 2.47 wt.%,K_(2)O 6.60 wt.%,Na_(2)O 0.66 wt.%,Fe_(2)O_(3)4.43 wt.%,灼减量7.25 wt.%。矿样在加热过程中呈现出与釉料类似的熔融特征,熔融温度范围为1228~1320℃,单一组分可作釉料使用,但无法形成理想的油滴斑。The ore specimen obtained from Shuiji Town,Nanping City,Fujian Province,was studied in this experiment.The chemical and mineral composition,melting behavior of the ore specimen was determined by XRD,XRF,TG-DTA and high temperature property testing devive.The results showed that the ore sample is mainly composed of quartz,calcite and K-feldspar,with a small amount of talc and limonite.The chemical composition was as follows:SiO_(2),57.87 wt.%;Al_(2)O_(3)>16.76 wt.%;CaO,3.85 wt.%;MgO,2.47 wt.%;K_(2)O,6.60 wt.%;Na_(2)O,0.66 wt.%;Fe_(2)O_(3),4.43 wt.%;ignition of loss,7.25 wt.%.In the process of heating,the ore shows similar melting behavior to glaze,the range of melting temperature varied from 1228℃ to 1320℃,and a unitary component can be used as glaze,but it is unable to form ideal oil-drop spots.
