摘　　要：目的探讨降脂化痰通络方+穴位埋线治疗痰浊瘀阻证代谢相关性脂肪肝病(metabolic associated fatty liver disease,MAFLD)对其血清血小板衍生生长因子水平(platelet derived growth factor,PDGF)的影响。方法方便选择2020年6月—2021年12月期间泰州市中医院收治的代谢相关性脂肪肝病痰浊瘀阻证患者120例为研究对象,随机分为降脂化痰通络方治疗组(下称中药治疗组)、穴位埋线+中药治疗组和对照组,每组40例。治疗前后比较3组体质指数,检测血脂等水平。结果治疗后,中药治疗组、中药+埋线治疗组体质指数、TC、TG、ALT、AST均优于治疗前,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组体质指数(26.28±1.07)kg/m^(2)、TC(4.61±0.52)mmol/L、TG(3.04±0.12)mmol/L、ALT(69.56±3.83)U/L、AST(46.86±3.69)U/L与中药治疗组、中药+埋线治疗组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,对照组PDGF、TGF-β_(1)、CK-18水平分别为(23.20±5.67)pg/mL、(40.09±8.03)pg/mL、(126.40±11.84)ng/mL均高于中药治疗组、中药+埋线治疗组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论降脂化痰通络方+穴位埋线对痰浊瘀阻证NAFLD均具有较好的临床疗效,其疗效与血小板衍生生长因子、转化生长因子-β1、细胞角蛋白18血清水平有密切关系。Objective To investigate the effect of Jiangzhi Huatan Tongluo recipe+acupuncture embedding on the serum platelet derived growth factor(PDGF)level in metabolic associated fatty liver disease(MAFLD)treated with phlegm and stagnation evidence.Methods A total of 120 patients with phlegm-turbidity and stasis syndrome of metabolism-related fatty liver disease admitted to Taizhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from June 2020 to December 2021 were conveniently selected as the study objects,and were randomly divided into Jiangzhi Huatan Tongluo prescription treatment group(hereinafter referred to as Chinese medicine treatment group),acupoint catchand-cure+Chinese medicine treatment group and control group,with 40 cases in each group.The body mass index of the three groups were compared before and after treatment,and blood lipid levels were detected.Results After treatment,body mass index,TC,TG,ALT and AST in the Chinese medicine treatment group and the Chinese medicine+embedding treatment group were better than before treatment,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,The body mass index(BMI)of the control group was(26.28±1.07)kg/m^(2),TC(4.61±0.52)mmol/L,TG(3.04±0.12)mmol/L,ALT(69.56±3.83)U/L,AST(46.86±3.69)U/L compared with that of the traditional Chinese medicine treatment group and the traditional Chinese medicine+embedding treatment group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of PDGF,TGF-β_(1) and CK-18 in control group were(23.20±5.67)pg/mL,(40.09±8.03)pg/mL and(126.40±11.84)ng/mL,respectively,which were higher than those in TCM treatment group and TCM+embedding treatment group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Jiangzhi Huatan Tongluo formula+acupoint embedding has a good clinical effect on NAFLD syndrome of phlegm turbistasis,and its curative effect is closely related to the serum levels of platelet-derived growth factor,transforming growth factor-β1 and cytokeratin 18.
