左旋氨氯地平联合调脂药物在高血压患者中的治疗效果

摘　　要：目的分析高血压患者采用左旋氨氯地平与调脂药物联合治疗时的临床效果。方法方便选取2020年1月—2022年1月于临朐县人民医院治疗的高血压患者84例,按照不同的治疗方式对患者实施随机分组,两组均为42例,给予参照组左旋氨氯地平治疗,在此基础上,研究组采用调脂药物进行治疗,观察两组研究对象在治疗前后的血脂、血压、炎症因子变化状况,及其治疗总有效率。结果治疗前两组患者TC、TG、HDLC、LDL-C、DBP、SBP、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后研究组SBP、DBP、TC、TG、LDL-C、IL-6、IL-8、TNF-α水平与参照组相比均明显较低,HDL-C水平相较于参照组则显著较高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组治疗总有效率95.24%相较于参照组80.95%则显著较高,差异有统计学意义(χ^(2)=4.807,P<0.05)。结论左旋氨氯地平联合调脂药物治疗高血压,既可以降低患者的血压水平,调节其血脂水平,还可以减轻患者的炎症反应,提升患者的治疗总有效率,更适合用于临床推广。Objective To analyze the clinical effect of hypertensive patients when treated with the combination of levamlodipine and lipid modifying drugs.Methods 84 patients admitted to Linqu County People's Hospital for the treatment of hypertension from January 2020 to January 2022 were conveniently selected for the study,and the patients were randomly grouped according to different treatment modalities,with 42 cases in both groups.The reference group was given levamlodipine treatment,and on this basis,the study group was treated with lipid modifying drugs.The changes in lipids,blood pressure and inflammatory factors before and after treatment and the total efficiency of treatment were observed in the two study groups.Results There was no statistically significant difference in the levels of TC,TG,HDL-C,LDL-C,DBP,SBP,IL-6,IL-8,and TNF-αbetween the two groups before treatment(P>0.05);the levels of SBP,DBP,TC,TG,LDL-C,IL-6,IL-8 and TNF-αin the study group were significantly lower compared with the reference group after treatment,while the levels of HDL-C was significantly higher compared with the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The total effective rate of treatment in the study group 95.24%was higher compared to 80.95%in the reference group,and the difference was statistically significant(χ^(2)=4.807,P<0.05).Conclusion Levamlodipine combined with lipid modifying drugs for the treatment of hypertension can not only lower the patients'blood pressure level and regulate their lipid level,but also reduce the patients'inflammatory response and improve their total treatment efficiency,which is more suitable for clinical promotion.
