摘　　要：失语是中风病后遗症之一,西医经现代医学研究认为是优势半球大脑皮质语言功能区病变而导致的言语功能障碍。在传统医学中语言的产生是以五脏为核心,经络为通路,在精气血津液的供给及其他器官的配合下完成的。虽然失语的病变部位在脑部,但其与五脏的联系却是十分紧密的,五脏功能的异常均可引起失语的发生。针灸是治疗失语的医疗方式之一,针刺治疗既可以在局部改善患者病变部位的血液循环,也可以通过远端经络调节相关的脏腑。本文以藏象理论为切入点,以脾脏为核心探讨论治中风后失语,以求为临床针灸治疗本病提供新的思路与见解。Aphasia is one of the sequelae of apoplexy,which is considered by Western medicine to be the speech dysfunction caused by the lesion of the language function area of the dominant hemisphere cerebral cortex.In traditional medicine,the production of language is based on the five viscera as the core,the meridians as the pathway,the supply of essence,blood and body fluid and the cooperation of other organs.Although the lesion of aphasia is in the brain,its connection with the five viscera is very close,and the abnormal function of the five viscera can cause aphasia.Acupuncture is one of the medical methods to treat aphasia.Acupuncture treatment can not only improve the blood circulation in the diseased area of the patient,but also regulate the relevant viscera through the remote meridians.In order to provide new ideas and insights for clinical acupuncture treatment of aphasia after apoplexy,this paper discusses the treatment of aphasia after apoplexy with the Tibetan-image theory as the starting point and the spleen as the core.
