摘　　要：劳动关系是依靠相应的协调机制维系运转并保持稳定和有序的。新中国成立以来,劳动关系协调机制经历了从计划经济到市场经济的嬗变,呈现显著的逻辑张力:从动力构成上看,遵循着政府主导的强制性变迁与市场自发的诱致性变迁相统一的演进逻辑;从生发变量上看,贯穿了外生性嵌入与内生性进化相结合的演进逻辑;从结构形态上看,表现为构造性重塑与迭代性演进相得益彰的演进逻辑。这三个方面的演进逻辑,是理解新中国劳动关系协调机制演进的坐标系,新时代改进、优化和完善劳动关系协调机制,既要观瞻历史中积淀的逻辑框架,又要以此为基准加以把握,不断推动劳动关系协调机制更加成熟、更加定型。Labor relations depend on the corresponding coordination mechanism to maintain the operation and keep it stable and orderly.Since the founding of New China,the labor relations coordination mechanism has undergone transmutation from a planned economy to a market economy,showing significant logical tensions.In terms of dynamic composition,it follows the evolutionary logic of unifying government-led compulsory changes with market-induced induced changes.In terms of generative variables,it runs through the evolutionary logic of combining exogenous embedding and endogenous evolution.In terms of structural form,it is an evolutionary logic of constructive remodeling and iterative evolution.The evolutionary logic of these three aspects is the coordinate system for understanding the evolution of the coordination mechanism of labor relations in the new China.In order to improve,optimize and perfect the coordination mechanism of labor relations in the new era,it is necessary to look at the logical framework accumulated in history and grasp it as a benchmark,so as to continuously promote the coordination mechanism of labor relations to become more mature and more definite.
