摘　　要：文学是时代的产物,既有共性,也有个性。建安时期,曹操三次发布求贤令,打破了汉代以道德文章为标准的程式化人才选拔方式,大量辞章氤氲而又个性鲜明的文人脱颖而出。曹操、刘备、孙权政治集团,尤其是在曹氏父子麾下,聚集了众多擅长文学、辞采斐然的士人,由此形成汉末三国以文采见长而精彩纷呈的文学画卷。三家归晋,能够和敢于入洛仕进的“亡国之余”,唯可凭借的即是自身的才学,而个体的才华和能力大多体现在文辞富艳、辞采华美、深情低回的文学创作乃至文学风格上,由此出现了晋世群才雕采饰藻、挺拔峻峭的文学特色。时代不幸诗家幸,汉末魏晋易代的人才流动,因才情为文学,呈现出传统中国文学史上色彩斑斓的文学景观。Literature is a product of the times,with both commonality and individuality.During the Jian’an period,CAO Cao issued three orders to seek virtue,breaking the programmed talent selection method of the Han Dynasty,which was based on the standard of moral and essay,and a large number of dense and distinctive literati stood out.The political groups of CAO Cao,LIU Bei and SUN Quan,especially under the command of CAO’s father and son,gathered many scholars who were good at literature and had excellent rhetoric,thus forming a wonderful literary picture of the Three Kingdoms at the end of the Han Dynasty,which was distinguished by their literary talents.The three families returned to the Jin Dynasty,and the only thing that could be relied upon by descendants of extinct countries finding positions in the Luoyang City was their own talents,and most of their individual talents and abilities were reflected in their literary creations and even their literary styles with florid language and up-and-down deep feeling,which led to the emergence of the Jin Dynasty’s literary characteristics of carving and decorating the algae,and the uprightness and steepness of their talents.In the unfortunate times,poets are fortunate,and in the late Han Dynasty,Wei and Jin dynasties,the flow of talents presents a colorful literary landscape in the history of traditional Chinese literature because of the talent for literature.
