摘  要:目的设计一种制氧装置,即利用在使用康复设备和健身器材过程中产生的动能来制取氧气。方法通过康复者运动产生的动能驱动压缩机工作,将压缩机产生的压缩空气过滤后,经电动旋转分离阀装置输送至分子筛吸附塔,通过分子筛去除空气中的其他气体即可产生高纯度氧气。结果经测试发现,在体力和助力模式下,氧气浓度均可达到90%以上。这种康复制氧装置可以用于运动中吸氧,也可以将所制氧气先存储于氧气袋,用于运动后吸氧。结论该制氧装置的研究设计,可实现康复运动动能的有效利用,节约能源,并帮助患者增强康复信心。Objective An oxygen production device was designed to utilize the kinetic energy generated during the use of rehabilitation equipment and fitness equipment to produce oxygen.Methods The kinetic energy generated by the rehabilitation patient's movement drived the compressor to work,promoting the compressor to produce compressed air.After filtration,compressed air was transported to the adsorption tower through an electric rotary separation valve device,and other gases in the air were removed through molecular sieves to generate high-purity oxygen.Results After testing,it was found that in both the physical and assistance modes,the oxygen production concentration can reach over 90%.This rehabilitation oxygen production device can be used for oxygen inhalation during exercise,or it can be stored in an oxygen bag for oxygen inhalation during rest after exercise.Conclusion The research and design of oxygen production devices can effectively utilize the kinetic energy of rehabilitation exercise,save energy,and help enhance rehabilitation confidence.
