摘　　要：目的探讨微信小程序在术前达芬奇机器人管理中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1—12月医院的610台达芬奇机器人手术,按照术前器械管理方法不同分组,2019年1—6月的293台达芬奇机器人手术采用传统方法进行开台准备为对照组,2019年7—12月的317台达芬奇机器人手术采用微信小程序进行开台准备为观察组。比较两组术前器械准备差错发生率、术前准备耗费的时间、器械清洗成本、器械纸塑高温包装及灭菌处理成本。结果观察组术前器械准备差错率、术前准备浪费的时间及器械清洗、器械纸塑高温包装和灭菌处理成本低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在术前达芬奇机器人的器械管理中应用微信小程序能有效降低器械准备差错发生率,缩短术前准备时间,并降低器械使用成本。Objective The application effect of WeChat mini program in preoperative management of Leonardo's robot was discussed.Methods With selection of 610 Leonardo's robot surgeries in our hospital from January to December 2019,and the 293 Leonardo's robot surgeries from January to June 2019 with traditional preparation methods as the control group,and the 317 Leonardo's robot surgeries from July to December 2019 with WeChat mini program as the experimental group,according to different preoperative instrument management methods,the incidence of preoperative instrument preparation errors,time saving in preoperative preparation,cost of instrument cleaning,and cost of paper-plastic hightemperature packaging and sterilization treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The error rate of preoperative instrument preparation,preoperative preparation time,cost of instrument cleaning,packaging,and sterilization in the experimental group were lower than those in the control group,with statistically significant differences(P<0.05).Conclusion In the instrument management of preoperative Leonardo's robot,the application of WeChat mini program can effectively reduce the incidence of instrument preparation errors,shorten the preoperative preparation time,and reduce the cost of instruments use.
