腹腔镜联合促性腺激素释放激素激动剂治疗子宫内膜异位症患者的临床效果

摘　　要：目的探究促性腺激素释放激素激动剂(GnRH-a)在子宫内膜异位症腹腔镜手术患者中的应用效果。方法选取2019年1月至2021年12月医院收治的68例子宫内膜异位症患者为研究对象,按随机数字表法将其分为两组,各34例。对照组行腹腔镜手术治疗,试验组加用GnRH-a,比较两组临床疗效、血清雌性激素水平、血清因子水平、不良反应、妊娠及复发情况。结果治疗3次后,试验组总有效率较对照组高,血清雌激素水平和血清因子水平均较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);治疗6个月后,试验组妊娠率较对照组高,复发率较对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论子宫内膜异位症患者接受腹腔镜联合GnRH-a治疗,利于改善血清雌性激素水平和血清因子水平,促进妊娠,避免术后复发,且不良反应较少。Objective The effect of gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist(GnRH-a)in patients undergoing endometriosis surgery was explored.Methods 68 endometriosis patients admitted to our hospital from January 2019 to December 2021 were selected as the research objects,and they were divided into two groups with 34 cases in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with laparoscopic surgery,and the experimental group was treated with GnRH-a on the basis of the control group.The two groups'clinical efficacy,serum estrogen levels,serum factor levels,adverse reactions,pregnancy and recurrence were compared.Results After 3 times of treatment,the experimental group's total effective rate was higher than control group's,and the levels of serum estrogen and serum factors were lower than control group's with statistically significanct differences(P<0.05).After 6 months of treatment,the experimental groupvs pregnancy rate was higher than control group's,and the recurrence rate was lower than control group's,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion Laparoscopy combined with GnRH-a can effectively improve serum estrogen levels and serological indicators,promote pregnancy and avoid postoperative recurrence of endometriosis patients,and less adverse reactions.
