摘　　要：目的探讨“云探视”模式在重症监护病房(ICU)患者探视管理中的应用效果。方法选取2022年3—10月医院ICU收治的100例患者为研究对象,按照随机数字表法分为对照组与观察组,各50例。对照组采用常规探视,观察组采用云探视,比较两组ICU入住期间感染发生情况、焦虑[焦虑自评量表(SAS)]及抑郁[抑郁自评量表(SDS)]情况、护理满意度。结果观察组感染发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组SAS及SDS评分均比对照组低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);观察组家属护理满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论ICU患者采用“云探视”可有效降低感染风险,改善患者焦虑、抑郁情况,提高家属护理满意度。Objective The application effect of"cloud visitation"in ICU patient visitation management was explored.Methods 100 patients admitted to ICU from March 2022 to October 2022 were selected as the research objects,They were divided into 2 groups with 50 patients in each group according to random number table method.The control group was treated with routine visitation,while the observation group was treated with"cloud visitation".The incidence of infection during ICU stay in the two groups was statistically analyzed.The anxiety and depression of the two groups were compared,and the nursing satisfaction of the family members of the two groups was investigated.Results The infection rate of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05).The SAS score and SDS score of the observation group were lower than those of the control group after intervention(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the observation group was higher than control group(P<0.05).Conclusion"Cloud visitation"can effectively reduce the risk of infection,regulate the anxiety and depression of patients,and improve the nursing satisfaction of family members.
