摘　　要：习近平的自我革命战略思想为党提供了跳出历史周期率的第二个答案,是指导构建反腐败体制机制的重要战略思想。坚持自我革命是中国共产党百年奋斗的宝贵历史经验之一,坚守初心使命是中国共产党的自我革命的永恒课题,坚持问题导向是中国共产党的自我革命的世界观和方法论;“反腐败是最彻底的自我革命”,是自我革命是否彻底的标准尺度,规定了自我革命的实践向度。一体推进“三不腐”反腐败斗争是进行最彻底的自我革命的根本遵循。自我革命战略思想引领下的反腐败体制机制建设必须坚持党的领导地位,健全党领导反腐败斗争的责任体系,依法依规严厉惩治腐败,强化“不敢腐”的惩戒机制;坚持完善反腐败法规制度,健全“不能腐”的防范机制;坚持加强思想教育,巩固“不想腐”的自律机制和思想道德防线;坚持系统观念,完善“三不腐”贯通融合的有效载体。Xi Jinping's self-revolution thought provides the"second answer"for the Communist Party of China to jump out of the historical cycle rate and it is an important strategic thought to guide the construction of anti-corruption system and mechanism.Insisting on self-revolution is one of the precious historical experience of the communist party of China over the past century,sticking to the initial mission is the eternal subject of the self-revolution of the communist party of China and adhering to the problem orientation is the world outlook and methodology of the self-revolution of the communist party of China."Anti-corruption is the most radical self-revolution",which is the standard and measure of the radical self-revolution and specifies the practical direction of self-revolution.Promoting the"No corruption in Three Aspects"anti-corruption struggle as a whole is the fundamental principle for carrying out the most radical self-revolution.The construction of anti-corruption systems and mechanisms under the guidance of self-revolution thought must uphold the party's leading position,improve the responsibility system for the party to lead the struggle against corruption,keep punishing the corruption in accordance with the law and regulations,and strengthen the punishment mechanism of"Do not dare".Moreover,it should improve anti-corruption laws and regulations,perfect prevention mechanism of"Are not able",strengthen ideological education,consolidate the self-discipline mechanism and moral defense line of"Have no desire to be",stick to the concept of the system and improve the integration of the effective carrier of"No corruption in Three Aspects".
