补肾活血方联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症47例

摘　　要：目的观察补肾活血方联合来曲唑治疗多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症的临床效果。方法选取上饶市人民医院2019年5月至2020年8月就诊的94例多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症患者,依随机数字表法分为两组,各47例;对照组采用来曲唑治疗,研究组采用补肾活血方与来曲唑联合治疗,治疗周期均为3个疗程;比较两组疗效、子宫内膜厚度与雌二醇(E2)水平、排卵率与受孕率。结果研究组总有效率高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组子宫内膜厚度大于对照组,E2水平低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组排卵率与受孕率均高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论多囊卵巢综合征性不孕症患者采用补肾活血方联合来曲唑治疗疗效较好,可提高子宫内膜厚度,调节雌激素水平,增加排卵率与受孕率。Objective To observe the clinical effect of bushen huoxue decoction combined with letrozole in the treatment of polycystic ovary syndrome(PCOS)infertility.Methods 94 patients with PCOS infertility treated in Shangrao People's Hospital from May 2019 to August 2020 were selected and divided into a control group and a study group according to the random number table method,with 47 cases in each group.The control group was treated with letrozole,and the study group was treated with bushen huoxue decoction combined with letrozole,the treatment cycle was 3 courses.The efficacy,endometrial thickness,estradiol(E2)level,ovulation rate and pregnancy rate were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the study group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The endometrial thickness of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the E2 level was lower than that of the control group,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The ovulation rate and pregnancy rate of the study group were higher than those of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion The combination of bushen huoxue decoction and letrozole is effective in the treatment of PCOS infertility,which can improve the endometrial thickness,regulate the level of estrogen,and increase the ovulation rate and pregnancy rate.
