中医培元固本法在治疗老年性骨质疏松症中的临床疗效研究

摘　　要：目的探究中医培元固本法在治疗老年性骨质疏松症中的临床疗效。方法将赣州市中医院2021年8月至2022年8月收治的60例老年性骨质疏松症患者随机分为两组,各30例。对照组单纯西药治疗,治疗组于对照组基础上加用中医培元固本法。比较两组的治疗效果、腰椎及股骨颈的骨密度、不良反应。结果治疗组的总有效率较对照组高,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗3个月,两组腰椎、股骨颈骨密度较治疗前高,治疗组较对照组高(P<0.05)。两组不良反应比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论中医培元固本法可提高老年性骨质疏松症患者的临床疗效,改善其骨密度水平,且不增加不良反应。Objective To explore the clinical effect of traditional Chinese medicine peiyuan guben method in the treatment of senile osteoporosis.Methods 60 senile osteoporosis patients admitted to Ganzhou Hospital of Traditional Chinese Medicine from August 2021 to August 2022 were randomly divided into two groups,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was treated with western medicine alone,and the treatment group was additionally treated with traditional Chinese medicine peiyuan guben method.The therapeutic effect,bone density of lumbar spine and femoral neck and adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the treatment group was higher than that of the control group,the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).After 3 months of treatment,the bone density of lumbar spine and femoral neck in both groups was higher than that before treatment,and that in the treatment group was higher than that in the control group(P<0.05).There was no significant difference in adverse reaction between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The treatment of traditional Chinese medicine can improve the clinical efficacy and bone mineral density of senile osteoporosis patients without increasing adverse reactions.
