Research on Embracing High-quality Sports Development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through a Chinese Path to Modernization

摘　　要：从中国式现代化推进粤港澳大湾区体育高质量发展的重要意义出发,分析中国式现代化推进大湾区体育高质量发展的内涵特征,并提出有效的实践方略。研究认为:中国式现代化不断厚植大湾区体育高质量发展的物质基础、强化大湾区体育高质量发展的制度保障、凝聚大湾区体育高质量发展的强大合力以及夯实大湾区体育高质量发展的社会基础。中国式现代化在推进粤港澳大湾区体育高质量发展的过程中体现出体育人口规模庞大、区域体育均衡发展、岭南体育文化和中华体育精神相映成辉、倡导绿色生态体育内涵以及推进各城市体育协同发展的特征。研究建议:中国式现代化推动粤港澳大湾区体育高质量发展需要从“高速增长”向“高质量发展”转型、从“政策推动”向“需求拉动”演进、从“资源驱动”向“创新驱动”转换、从“政府主导”向“社会主体”转变以及从“单一主体”向“区域协同”跃升。Starting from the significance of embracing high-quality sports development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through a Chinese path to modernization,analyses the connotative features of embracing high-quality sports development in the Greater Bay Area through a Chinese path to modernization,and proposes effective practical strategies.This study considers that the Chinese path to modernization continuously reinforces the material basis for the high-quality sports development in the Greater Bay Area,strengthens the institutional guarantee for the high-quality sports development in the Greater Bay Area,gathers a strong synergy for the high-quality sports development in the Greater Bay Area and consolidates the social foundation for the high-quality sports development in the Greater Bay Area.In the process of embracing the high-quality sports development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area,the Chinese path to modernization reflects the characteristics of a large sports population,the balanced development of regional sports,the reflection of Lingnan sports culture and Chinese sports spirit,the advocacy of green and ecological sports connotations and the promotion of synergetic development of sports in various cities.This study recommends that embracing high-quality sports development in the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area through a Chinese path to modernization requires a transformation from"high growth"to"high-quality development",an evolution from"policy-driven"to"demand-driven",a shift from"resource-driven"to"innovation-driven",a change from"government-led"to"socially-led"and a leap from"single subject"to"regional synergy".
