摘 要:以中药废弃物冬凌草茎为原料,采用超声辅助水浸渍法制备冬凌草茎提取物(RSWE),用红外光谱(FTIR)对其进行表征。通过静态阻垢法以及电化学法讨论RSWE的阻垢与缓蚀性能与作用机制。结果表明,RSWE具有优秀的阻垢性能以及良好的缓蚀性能,尤其对温度具有较好的适应性。在70℃,RSWE浓度为800mg/L时,阻CaCO_(3)、CaSO_(4)垢效率均可以达到100%;当温度升至90℃时,阻CaCO_(3)垢效率依然可达83.2%。在0.5 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4)体系中,其缓蚀率可以达到85.80%,RSWE的极化曲线阴阳两级降低趋势均随着RSWE浓度增加而增大,其中阴极极化曲线移动较明显,说明RSWE是一种阴极为主的混合型缓蚀剂。Rubescens sinensis extract(RSWE)was prepared by ultrasonic-assisted dipping method using traditional Chinese medicine waste Rubescens stem as raw materials,and characterized by infrared spectroscopy(FT-IR).The scale and corrosion inhibition properties of the extract were discussed by static scale inhibition method and electrochemical method,and its mechanism of action was discussed.The results show that RSWE has excellent scale inhibition performance and good corrosion inhibition performance,especially with excellent adaptability to temperature.At 70℃,when the RSWE concentration is 800 mg/L,the scale inhibition efficiency of CaCO_(3) and CaSO_(4) can reach 100%;when the temperature rises to 90℃,the scale inhibition efficiency of calcium carbonate can still reach 83.2%.In the 0.5 mol/L H_(2)SO_(4) system,the corrosion inhibition rate can reach 85.80%.The negative and positive decreasing trend of RSWE polarization curve increases with the increase of RSWE concentration,but the cathodic polarization curve moves more obviously,indicating that RSWE is a cathode-based hybrid corrosion inhibitor.
