摘　　要：金融资本主义的兴起一方面削弱了实体经济的利润率并加剧了经济危机趋势,另一方面也重塑了经济危机的当代表现形式、演变路径及结果。货币危机、金融危机取代生产过剩危机成为新的经济危机主导形式。这使得以产业资本积累矛盾及其危机为关注焦点的传统马克思主义经济危机理论遭遇了解释力不足的困境。重构一种逻辑一贯并能够解释当代金融资本主义危机的马克思主义经济危机理论,不仅需要以利润率下降趋势规律为核心建立一种新的综合,而且需要把货币、信用和金融因素纳入到这一理论中来。The rise of financial capitalism has not only weakened the profit margin of the real economy and exacerbated the trend of economic crises,but also reshaped the contemporary manifestation,evolutionary path as well as outcome of economic crises.Monetary and financial crises have replaced crises of overproduction and become the dominant form of economic crises.This seems to have put the traditional Marxist Economic Crisis Theory,which focused on the paradox and crisis of industrial capital accumulation,into a predicament of insufficient explanatory power.Therefore,in order to reconstruct a Marxist theory of economic crisis which is both logically consistent and capable of explaining contemporary financial crises,it is necessary for us not only to establish a new synthesis with"the law of the downward trend of profit margin"as its core,but also to incorporate monetary,credit,as well as financial factors into such a theory.
