摘 要:通过超高压退火方法,成功获得了轻稀土Pr基立方Laves相Pr(Fe_(1-x)Ga_(x))_(2.35)(x=0,0.06,0.12,0.17)超磁致伸缩合金材料,系统研究了其微结构、磁性转变以及磁致伸缩性能。实验结果表明,高压退火是合成轻稀土Pr基立方Laves磁致伸缩相结构的有效手段;适度的Fe过量可以在磁致伸缩相中引入软磁α-Fe相。热重分析表明随着Ga含量的增加,Pr(Fe_(1-x)Ga_(x))_(2.35)合金的居里温度呈现单调降低趋势。微量Ga掺杂(x=0.06)和α-Fe相的引入可以有效改善样品的软磁性能,使轻稀土Pr基立方Laves相合金在保持较大磁致伸缩响应的前提下,降低其磁弹响应滞后。本工作可为价格便宜、磁弹相应优异的轻稀土Pr基超磁致伸缩材料的开发提供实验和理论指导。The light-rare-earth Pr-based cubic Laves phase Pr(Fe_(1-x)Ga_(x))_(2.35)(x=0,0.06,0.12,0.17)giant magnetostrictive alloys have been obtained by ultahigh-pressure annealing method,and their microstructure,magnetic transition,and magnetostrictive properties have also been systematically investigated.The experimental result indicates that high-pressure annealing is an effective method to fabricate light-rare-earth Pr-based cubic Laves phase.Andα-Fe phase appears in magnetostrictive phase with the introduction of moderately excessive Fe.Thermogravimetric analysis reveals that the Curie temperature of Pr(Fe_(1-x)Ga_(x))_(2.35)decreases monotonically with the increasing Ga concentration.A small amount of Ga dopping(x=0.06)and the introduction ofα-Fe phase can effectively improve the soft magnetic properties of samples,resulting the low magnetoelastic hysteresis and high magnetostrictive response for light-rare-earth Pr-based cubic Laves phase alloys.This work may provide experimental guidance for developing the light-rare-earth Pr-based giant magnetostrictive materials with low cost and excellent magnetoelastic response.
