小寺沟铜矿通风系统节能优化

摘　　要：平泉小寺沟矿业有限公司采用无底柱分段崩落采矿法采矿,经过多年开采后,上覆覆盖层与地表贯通,形成多处漏风通道;并且目前选用的对旋主扇采用固定转数运行,风量及风压参数不可调,电机功率大,耗能高,导致矿井通风系统能耗高、有效风量低、通风效果欠佳。通过改变阶段的阶梯式通风网络结构,将原有的上行式阶段通风结构更改为下行式阶梯式通风结构,解决了覆盖层漏风问题,增加了工作面的有效风量;同时采用主扇变频调速系统等一系列措施,优化了矿井通风系统,使得电机的运行功率与需风量相匹配,降低了能耗。结果表明,通风系统优化后既能充分满足矿山的生产需风量,又符合国家节能减排的政策要求。Pingquan Xiaosigou Mining Company adopts the sectional caving mining method without bottom column,and after years of mining,the overburden layer penetrates with the surface to form multiple air leakage channels.And the current selection of the counter-rotating main fan adopts fixed number of revolutions,the air volume and wind pressure parameters are not adjustable,the motor power is large,and the energy consumption is high,resulting in high energy consumption,low effective air volume and poor ventilation effect of the mine ventilation system.By changing the stepped ventilation network structure of the stage,the original upward stage ventilation structure is changed to the downward stepped ventilation structure,which solves the problem of air leakage of the overlay layer and increases the effective air volume of the working surface.At the same time,a series of measures such as the main fan frequency conversion speed regulation system are adopted to optimize the mine ventilation system,so that the operating power of the motor matches the air demand and reduces energy consumption.The results show that the optimized ventilation system can not only fully meet the production air demand of the mine,but also meet the national policy requirements of energy conservation and emission reduction.
