摘　　要：为促进油田高效开发,进一步加强石油机械设备管理水平,通过分析施工现场常见故障与管理现状,提出具体的完善管理体系、提高维保技术水平和加强人员培训和管理等现场设备管理质量控制策略,供广大石油钻井机械设备管理同仁借鉴。Efficient development of oil fields and the management of petroleum machinery and equipment are crucial for the petroleum industry.In this paper,we analyze common failures and management status on operation sites to identify areas for improvement.We propose specific strategies for enhancing on-site equipment management quality control,including improving management systems,enhancing maintenance technical skills,and strengthening personnel training and management.These strategies can serve as a valuable reference for colleagues in the management of petroleum drilling machinery and equipment.
