阿达帕林凝胶联合超分子水杨酸、医用冷敷贴治疗轻中度痤疮患者的效果

摘　　要：目的:探讨阿达帕林凝胶联合超分子水杨酸、医用冷敷贴治疗轻中度痤疮患者的效果。方法:选取2021年6月—2022年6月滨州医学院附属医院收治的150例轻中度痤疮患者为研究对象。根据简单随机化法将其分为对照A组(n=50)、对照B组(n=50)和观察组(n=50)。对照A组给予超分子水杨酸、医用冷敷贴治疗,对照B组给予阿达帕林凝胶治疗,观察组给予阿达帕林凝胶联合超分子水杨酸、医用冷敷贴治疗。比较两组临床疗效,症状改善时间,治疗前后的皮肤屏障功能。结果:治疗4周后,观察组总有效率(96.00%)高于对照A组(80.00%)和对照B组(72.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组红斑消失时间、疼痛消失时间、结痂时间、痂皮完全脱落时间均早于对照A、B组,对照A组红斑消失时间、疼痛消失时间、结痂时间、痂皮完全脱落时间均早于对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组经皮水分丢失(TEWL)低于对照A组和对照B组,对照A组TEWL低于对照B组,观察组角质层含水量高于对照A组和对照B组,对照A组角质层含水量高于对照B组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:阿达帕林凝胶联合超分子水杨酸、医用冷敷贴治疗轻中度痤疮患者能改善皮肤屏障功能,提高整体治疗效果。Objective:To investigate the Adapalene Gel combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid and medical cold compress patch in the treatment of patients with mild to moderate acne.Method:A total of 150 patients with mild to moderate acne admitted to the Binzhou Medical College Affiliated Hospital from June 2021 to June 2022 were selected as the objects.They were divided into control group A(n=50),control group B(n=50)and observation group(n=50)according to simple randomization method.Control group A was given Supramolecular Salicylic Acid and medical cold compress patch treatment,control group B was given Adapalene Gel treatment,observation group was given Adapalene Gel combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid and medical cold compress patch treatment.The clinical efficacy,symptom improvement time and skin barrier function before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Result:After 4 weeks of treatment,the total effective rate of observation group(96.00%)was higher than that of control group A(80.00%)and control group B(72.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The time of erythema disappearance,pain disappearance,scab formation and complete peeling of scab in observation group was earlier than that in control groups A and B,and the time of erythema disappearance,pain disappearance,scab formation and complete peeling of scab in control group A was earlier than that in control group B,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the transepidermal waterloss(TEWL)of observation group was lower than that of control group A and control group B,the TEWL of control group A was lower than that of control group B,the cuticle water content of observation group was higher than that in control group A and control group B,the cuticle water content of control group A was higher than that of control group B,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:Adapalene Gel combined with Supramolecular Salicylic Acid and medical cold compress patch
