摘 要:目的:探究口腔门诊患者牙科焦虑情况及影响因素。方法:选取2020年10月—2022年6月在山西省汾阳医院就诊的600例口腔门诊患者为研究对象。分析患者的牙科焦虑情况,收集患者一般资料,对口腔门诊患者牙科焦虑发生进行单因素及多因素分析。结果:600例口腔门诊患者中牙科焦虑99例,牙科焦虑发生率为16.50%。有牙科焦虑患者年龄≥60岁、女性、焦虑抑郁、初中及以下学历、偏低及很低自我效能感、有基础疾病、中等及较低社会支持程度占比均高于无牙科焦虑患者,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。多因素logistic回归分析显示,年龄、性别、情绪状态、文化程度、自我效能感、基础疾病情况及社会支持程度均为口腔门诊患者牙科焦虑发生的影响因素(P<0.05)。结论:口腔门诊患者牙科焦虑仍有待进一步控制,且与年龄、性别、情绪状态、文化程度、自我效能感、基础疾病情况及社会支持程度有关,应重视对其的评估与干预。Objective:To investigate the dental anxiety situation and influence factors in oral cavity outpatients.Method:A total of 600 oral cavity outpatients in Fenyang Hospital,Shanxi Province from October 2020 to June 2022 were selected as the study objects.The dental anxiety situation of patients was analyzed,and the general data of all patients were collected,the occurence of dental anxiety in patients was analyzed by single factor and multiple factor analysis.Result:There were 99 cases with dental anxiety in 600 oral cavity outpatients,the incidence of dental anxiety was 16.50%.The proportions of age≥60 years old,female,anxiety and depression,junior high school education or below,lower and very low self-efficacy,underlying diseases,moderate and lower social support degree in patients with dental anxiety were higher than those of patients without dental anxiety,and the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that age,gender,emotional state,educational level,self-efficacy,underlying disease situation and social support degree were all influencing factors of dental anxiety occurence in oral cavity outpatients(P<0.05).Conclusion:Dental anxiety in oral cavity outpatients still needs further control,and it is related to age,gender,emotional state,educational level,self-efficacy,basic disease condition and social support degree,so we should pay attention to its evaluation and intervention.
