医护一体化结合快速康复外科护理在全膝关节置换术中的应用效果

摘　　要：目的:研究医护一体化结合快速康复外科护理在全膝关节置换术中的应用效果。方法:选取2019年1月1日—2022年7月31日开平市中心医院收治的60例全膝关节置换术患者为研究对象。将2019年1月1日—2021年5月31日收治的30例患者纳入对照组,将2021年6月1日—2022年7月31日收治的30例患者纳入研究组。对照组给予常规护理,研究组在对照组基础上给予医护一体化结合快速康复外科护理。比较两组术后1周、3个月膝关节功能,围手术期指标,护理满意度,并发症。结果:两组术后3个月美国特种外科医院膝关节评分(HSS评分)高于术后1周,研究组术后1周、3个月HSS评分高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组首次下地行走时间早于对照组,住院时间短于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组护理总满意度高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。研究组并发症发生率低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:医护一体化结合快速康复外科护理应用于全膝关节置换术中具有显著效果,可进一步改善患者膝关节功能,促使其术后快速康复,并可提升患者满意度,减少并发症。Objective:To study the application effect of medical care integration combined with fast track surgery nursing in total knee arthroplasty.Method:Sixty patients underwent total knee arthroplasty admitted to Kaiping Central Hospital from January 1,2019 to July 31,2022 were selected as the study objects.Thirty patients admitted from January 1,2019 to May 31,2021 were included in the control group,thirty patients admitted from June 1,2021 to July 31,2022 were included in the study group.The control group was given routine nursing,and the study group was given medical care integration combined with fast track surgery nursing on the basis of the control group.The knee joint function 1 week and 3 months after surgery,perioperative indexes,nursing satisfaction and complications were compared between the two groups.Result:The American hospital for special surgery knee joint score(HSS score)of the two groups at 3 months after surgery were higher than those at 1 week after surgery,and the HSS score of the study group were higher than those of the control group at 1 week and 3 months after surgery,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The first time walking on the ground of the study group was earlier than that of the control group,and the hospitalization time was shorter than that of the control group,the differences were statistically significant(P<0.05).The total nursing satisfaction of the study group was higher than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of complication of the study group was lower than that of the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The application of medical care integration combined with fast track surgery nursing in the total knee arthroplasty has a significant effect,which can further improve the knee joint function of patients,promote their rapid recovery after surgery,and can improve satisfaction of patients and reduce complications.
