微剂量高效过滤器输注与电子输液泵注硫酸镁对小儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒躁动的影响  被引量:2

摘  要:目的:探讨微剂量高效过滤器输注与电子输液泵注硫酸镁对小儿七氟醚麻醉后苏醒躁动的影响。方法:选择佳木斯骨科医院2018年8月—2021年6月进行全麻的小儿126例作为研究对象,根据1∶1随机信封抽签原则把患儿分为过滤器组与输液泵组,各63例。所有患儿都给予硫酸镁联合七氟醚麻醉,过滤器组给予微剂量高效过滤器输注硫酸镁,输液泵组给予电子输液泵注硫酸镁。比较两组手术时间、麻醉时间、拔管时间、麻醉苏醒时间、苏醒期躁动发生情况、Ramsay镇静评分及疼痛状况。结果:两组手术时间、麻醉时间、麻醉苏醒时间、拔管时间、离开恢复室时间比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);过滤器组苏醒期躁动发生率为1.6%,低于输液泵组的11.1%(P<0.05);过滤器组术后1 h、术后2 h、术后3 h的Ramsay镇静评分高于输液泵组(P<0.05);过滤器组术后1 h、术后2 h、术后3 h的FRS疼痛评分低于输液泵组(P<0.05)。结论:相对于电子输液泵,微剂量高效过滤器输注硫酸镁在小儿七氟醚麻醉中的应用效果确切,可缓解疼痛,提高镇静效果,降低苏醒躁动的发生率,且不影响手术时间与麻醉时间。Objective:To investigate the effects of microdose high-efficiency filter infusion and electronic infusion pump infusion of magnesium sulfate on emergence agitation in children after sevoflurane anesthesia.Methods:A total of 126 children who underwent general anesthesia in Jiamusi Orthopaedic Hospital from August 2018 to June 2021 were selected as the research objects.According to the 1:1 random envelope lottery principle,the children were divided into filter group and infusion pump group,63 cases in each group.All children were anesthetized with magnesium sulfate combined with sevoflurane anesthesia.Magnesium sulfate was infused with microdose high-efficiency filter infusion of magnesium sulfate in the filter group,and magnesium sulfate was infused with electronic infusion pump in the infusion pump group.The operation time,anesthesia time,extubation time,anesthesia recovery time,agitation during recovery period,Ramsay sedation score and pain status were compared between the two groups.Results:There was no significant difference in the operation time,anesthesia time,anesthesia recovery time,extubation time,and time out of the recovery room between the two groups(P>0.05).The incidence of agitation during recovery in filter group was 1.6%,which was lower than 11.1%in infusion pump group(P<0.05).The Ramsay sedation scores at 1 h,2 h and 3 h after operation in the filter group were higher than those in the infusion pump group(P<0.05).The FRS pain score at 1 h,2 h and 3 h after operation in the filter group was lower than that in the infusion pump group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Compared with electronic infusion pump,microdose high-efficiency filter infusion of magnesium sulfate in pediatric sevoflurane anesthesia has a definite effect,which can relieve pain,improve sedation effect,reduce the incidence of emergence agitation,and does not affect the operation time and anesthesia time.
