丹参的作用机制及临床应用研究进展

摘　　要：丹参是临床常用药物之一,具有祛瘀止痛、凉血消炎痈、安神除烦等功效,在心血管疾病、神经系统疾病、肝脏疾病等疾病治疗中成效显著。丹参有效成分可分为丹参酮、丹参醇、丹参酚等脂溶性成分及丹参素、丹参多酚酸等水溶性成分,有效成分具有抗血小板凝集,降低血黏度,减轻炎症反应,扩张冠状动脉、抗纤维化等多种药理作用,但具体机制较为复杂,可能涉及多作用通路、多靶点。本文主要对丹参的作用机制和临床应用作一综述,旨在为临床应用和丹参相关产品研发提供参考依据。Danshen is one of the commonly used drugs in clinical practice,which has the effects of Quyu Zhitong,Liangxue Xiaoyong and Anshen Chufan.It has achieved remarkable results in the treatment of cardiovascular diseases,nervous system diseases,liver diseases and other diseases.The effective components of Danshen can be divided into fat-soluble components,such as tanshinone,tanshinol,and salvianolic acid,as well as water-soluble components,such as danshensu and salvianolic acid.Active ingredients of Danshen have various effects,such as anti platelet aggregation,reducing blood viscosity,alleviating inflammatory reactions,expanding coronary arteries,and anti fibrosis,but the specific mechanism of action is relatively complex,which may involve multiple pathways and targets.This article mainly reviews the mechanism of action and clinical application of Danshen,aiming to provide reference basis for clinical application and development of Danshen related products.
