玻璃酸钠联合骨康胶囊治疗膝关节炎的效果研究

摘　　要：目的:探讨玻璃酸钠联合骨康胶囊治疗膝关节炎疗效。方法:选取2016年9月—2021年11月在本院诊治的膝关节炎患者237例作为研究对象,采用平行对照原则把患者分为联合组119例与对照组118例。对照组给予玻璃酸钠治疗,联合组在对照组治疗基础上给予骨康胶囊治疗,比较两组临床疗效、关节功能、血清指标。结果:联合组总有效率高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后ADLS评分高于治疗前,联合组高于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清IL-17A、IL-6含量低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05);两组治疗后血清sFas、sFasL含量低于治疗前,且联合组低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:玻璃酸钠联合骨康胶囊治疗膝关节炎的效果确切,可改善患者膝关节日常活动能力,抑制sFas、sFasL的活性,降低炎症因子表达。Objective:To investigate the effect of sodium hyaluronate combined with Gukang capsule in the treatment of knee arthritis.Methods:A total of 237 patients with knee arthritis who were treated in our hospital from September 2016 to November 2021 were selected as the study subjects.The patients were divided into the combined group(119 cases)and the control group(118 cases)according to the principle of parallel control.The control group was treated with sodium hyaluronate,and the combined group was treated with Gukang capsule on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,joint function and serum indexes were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate of the combined group was higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The ADLS score of the two groups after treatment was higher than that before treatment,and the combination group was higher than the control group(P<0.05).The levels of serum IL-17A and IL-6 in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The serum levels of sFas and sFasL in the two groups after treatment were lower than those before treatment,and those in the combined group were lower than the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion:Sodium hyaluronate combined with Gukang capsule is effective in the treatment of knee arthritis,which can improve the daily activity of,inhibit the activities of sFas and sFasL,and reduce the expression of inflammatory factors.
