摘  要:某电厂锅炉运行时67m炉右低温再热器区域发生泄漏,次日补水量突然增大,负荷无法稳定,被迫停炉。本文通过对泄漏位置进行宏观检查、化学成分分析、室温拉伸性能检测、硬度检测及金相分析,得出导致该区域超温泄漏的原因,为锅炉实际运行提供借鉴。The cold reheater on the right side of 67m furnace in a power plant leaked when the boiler was in operation.The next day,the water supply suddenly increased,and the load could not be stabilized,so the furnace was forced to stop.This article through macro-examination,chemical composition analysis,tensile property test at room temperature,hardness test and metallographic analysis of the leak location,the causes leading to over-temperature and leakage in this area are obtained,serve as a reference for boiler operation.
