摘 要:钢铁和炼焦行业为主的工业园区固、液、气三废处理问题,一直是困扰钢铁企业的重要难题,尤其是烧结废气排放及协同环保处理问题,对钢厂的影响日趋严重,甚至涉及停产。采用烟气内循环技术是一种新型烧结机烟气治理技术,可解决大型钢铁行业烧结机烟气总体排放的问题,环保效果突出,且具有节能减排效果,对环境保护社会作用意义重大。虽然烧结机烟气内循环技术已在工程上应用,但还处于比较初级的阶段,系统还有很多的优化空间,采用数值模拟能够使烟气内循环技术的精细化,有效优化流场和达到最优的内循环技术先进性和经济性。The treatment of solid,liquid and gas wastes in steel or coking industrial zone has always been an important problem puzzling enterprises.Especially problems of sintering waste gas emission and collaborative environmental protection treatment have increasingly serious impact and even stop production on steel plants.The use of flue gas internal circulation technology is a new type of sintering machine flue gas treatment technology,which can solve the overall emission problem of sintering machine flue gas in large steel industry.The environmental protection effect is outstanding,and the effect of energy conservation and emission reduction is significant for environmental protection and society.Although the sintering machine flue gas internal circulation technology has been applied in engineering,it is still in a relatively preliminary stage,and there is still a lot of optimization space for the system.Numerical simulation can deepen the refinement of the flue gas internal circulation technology,effectively optimize the flow field,and achieve the maximum progressiveness and economy of the internal circulation technology.
