摘　　要：吹灰器是电厂锅炉的重要配套设备,其运行的可靠性直接影响到锅炉的安全稳定运行。通过对T91材质吹灰枪管焊缝开裂案例的论述、分析,引起电厂对吹灰枪管质量控制的重视,也为其提供一些建议。The soot blower is an important supporting equipment for the boiler of the power plant.The reliability of its operation directly affect that the safe and stable operation of the boiler.By discussing and analyzing the case of T91-made lance tube welding crack of soot blower can causes the attention of power plants to the quality control of lance tube of soot blower and provides some suggestions for power plants.
