速效救心丸联合氯吡格雷片治疗急性冠状动脉综合征临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察速效救心丸联合氯吡格雷片治疗急性冠状动脉综合征(ACS)的临床疗效。方法:将65例ACS患者按随机数字表法分为观察组33例与对照组32例。对照组给予氯吡格雷片治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予速效救心丸治疗,比较2组临床疗效、心绞痛频率、ST段位移幅度、超敏C-反应蛋白(hs-CRP)水平、脑钠肽(BNP)水平及心血管不良事件发生率。结果:观察组总有效率为93.94%,对照组为71.88%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组心绞痛频率、ST段位移幅度比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组心绞痛频率、ST段位移幅度均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组心绞痛频率、ST段位移幅度均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗前,2组血清hs-CRP、BNP水平比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);治疗后,2组hs-CRP、BNP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组hs-CRP、BNP水平均低于对照组(P<0.05)。观察组心血管不良事件发生率为3.03%,对照组为21.88%,2组比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:速效救心丸联合氯吡格雷片治疗ACS疗效显著,可减轻机体炎症反应,减少心绞痛次数,改善心肌缺血及心功能,降低心血管不良事件发生率。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills combined with Clopidogrel Tablets on acute coronary syndrome(ACS).Methods:A total of 65 ACS patients were divided into the observation group(33 cases)and the control group(32 cases)according to random number table method.The control group was treated with Clopidogrel Tablets,and the observation group was additionally treated with Suxiao Jiuxin Pills based on the treatment of the control group.The clinical effects,angina frequency,ST segment displacement,the levels of hypersensitive C-reactive protein(hs-CRP),the levels of brain natriuretic peptide(BNP)and the incidence of adverse cardiovascular events were compared between the two groups.Results:The total clinical effective rate was 93.94%in the observation group and 71.88%in the control group,the difference between the two groups being significant(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in angina frequency and ST segment displacement amplitude between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the angina frequency and ST segment displacement in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the angina frequency and ST segment displacement amplitude in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Before treatment,there was no significant difference in the levels of serum hs-CRP and BNP between the two groups(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of hs-CRP and BNP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above two levels in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse cardiovascular events was 3.03%in the observation group and 21.88%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of Suxiao Jiuxin Pills combined with Clopidogrel Tablets has a significant effect on the treatment of ACS,which can reduce the inflammatory responses of the body,reduce the angina frequency and t
