润燥止痒胶囊联合依巴斯汀片、丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹临床研究  

Clinical Study on Runzao Zhiyang Capsules Combined with Epastine Tablets and Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream for Chronic Eczema

摘　　要：目的:观察润燥止痒胶囊联合依巴斯汀片、丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹的临床疗效。方法:选取150例慢性湿疹患者,按奇偶数字法随机分为观察组与对照组各75例。对照组给予依巴斯汀片、丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗,观察组在对照组的基础上给予润燥止痒胶囊治疗。2组均以1个月为1个疗程,共治疗2个疗程。比较2组临床疗效、皮损及瘙痒程度评分、实验室指标[嗜酸性粒细胞(EOS)、免疫球蛋白E(IgE)、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)、嗜酸性阳离子蛋白(ECP)]及皮肤生理功能。结果:观察组总有效率为94.67%,高于对照组84.00%,组间比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组皮损程度、瘙痒程度评分均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组皮损程度、瘙痒程度评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组EOS、IgE、IL-4、ECP水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05),且观察组上述各项指标均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组皮肤油脂含量(SC)、角质层含水量(WCSC)水平均较治疗前升高(P<0.05),经皮水分流失量(TEWL)水平均较治疗前降低(P<0.05);且观察组SC、WCSC水平高于对照组(P<0.05),TEWL水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:润燥止痒胶囊联合依巴斯汀片、丁酸氢化可的松乳膏治疗慢性湿疹疗效确切,可有效缓解患者皮损及瘙痒程度,减轻机体炎症反应,提高皮肤免疫状态和生理功能。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of Runzao Zhiyang Capsules combined with Ebastine Tablets and Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream for chronic eczema.Methods:A total of 150 cases of patients with chronic eczema were selected and randomly divided into the observation group and the control group according to the odd-even number method,with 75 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Ebastine Tablets and Hydrocortisone Butyrate Cream,and the observation group was additionally treated with Runzao Zhiyang Capsules based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 2 courses,with 1 month being a course of treatment.The clinical effects,the scores of skin lesion degree and itching degree,the laboratory indexes[eosinophils(EOS),immunoglobulin E(IgE),interleukin-4(IL-4),eosinophilic cationic protein(ECP)]and skin physiological function were compared between the two groups.Results:The total effective rate was 94.67%in the observation group,higher than that of 84.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the scores of skin lesion degree and itching degree in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the scores of skin lesion degree and itching degree in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of EOS,IgE,IL-4,and ECP in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the above indexes in the observation group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the levels of sebum content(SC)and water content of stratum corneum(WCSC)in the two groups were increased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05),and the levels of transepidermal water loss(TEWL)were decreased when compared with those before treatment(P<0.05);the levels of SC and WCSC in the observation group were higher than those in the control group(P<0.05),and the level of TEWL was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Con
