浅析颊针疗法治疗慢性肺系疾病思路

摘　　要：分析临床运用颊针疗法治疗慢性肺系疾病的思路与方法。慢性肺系疾病的主要病理变化为肺气宣降失常,临床治疗应注意宣降肺气、调畅全身气机。运用颊针疗法治疗慢性肺系疾病,总体取穴原则为脊柱穴位、三焦穴位联合靶点对症取穴,即运用全息理论与经络理论指导脊柱穴位选取,脏腑辨证结合腹诊指导三焦穴位选取,查疼痛病灶指导靶点穴位选取,并在治疗过程中注重调畅患者情志,可有效改善慢性肺系疾病患者的临床症状。To analyze the thoughts and methods of clinical application of buccal acupuncture in the treatment of chronic pulmonary diseases.The main pathological change of chronic pulmonary diseases is lung qi failing to diffuse and govern descent.Thus,in clinical treatment,diffusing lung qi and directing qi downward,and regulating qi movement of the whole body should be stressed.In the treatment of chronic pulmonary diseases by buccal acupuncture,the general principle of point selection is selecting spinal points,points of triple energizers and target points in accordance with different symptoms;the selection of spinal points is guided by holographic theory,and meridian and collateral theory;the selection of points of triple energizers is guided by visceral syndrome differentiation combined with abdominal examination;the selection of target points is guided by finding pain lesions.In the course of treatment,attention should be paid to regulating the emotions of patients,which can effectively improve the clinical symptoms of patients with chronic pulmonary diseases.
