揿针联合中药封包热敷治疗孔源性视网膜脱离术后颈肩痛气滞血瘀证临床研究

摘　　要：目的:观察揿针联合中药封包热敷治疗孔源性视网膜脱离术后颈肩痛气滞血瘀证的临床疗效。方法:选取60例孔源性视网膜脱离术后长期俯卧引起的颈肩痛气滞血瘀证患者,按随机数字表法分为对照组和观察组各30例。对照组采用俯卧位椅辅助患者保持俯卧位,观察组在对照组基础上加用揿针联合中药封包热敷治疗,2组均治疗1周。比较2组临床疗效和治疗前后视觉模拟评分法(VAS)评分及血浆黏度(PV)。结果:治疗后,观察组临床疗效总有效率93.33%,高于对照组70.00%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组VAS评分均较治疗前降低,观察组VAS评分低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后,2组PV均较治疗前降低,观察组PV低于对照组,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论:揿针联合中药封包热敷治疗能缓解孔源性视网膜脱离术后长时间俯卧引起的颈肩痛,降低血液黏稠度。Objective:To observe the clinical effect of the therapy of thumbtack needling for subcutaneous embedding and hot compress with Chinese medicine packages on neck and shoulder pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome after surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment.Methods:A total of60 patients with neck and shoulder pain with qi stagnation and blood stasis syndrome caused by prolonged prone lying after surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment were selected and divided into the control group and the observation group according to random number table method,with 30 cases in each group.The control group was assisted by prone chair to maintain prone position,and the observation group was additionally treated with thumbtack needling for subcutaneous embedding and hot compress with Chinese medicine packages based on the treatment of the control group.Both groups were treated for 1 week.The clinical effects,scores of Visual Analogue Scale(VAS)and Plasma viscosity(PV)were compared before and after treatment between the two groups.Results:After treatment,the total effective rate was93.33%in the observation group,higher than that of 70.00%in the control group,the difference being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the VAS scores in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the VAS score in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).After treatment,the PV in the two groups were decreased when compared with those before treatment,and the PV in the observation group was lower than that in the control group,differences being significant(P<0.05).Conclusion:The therapy of thumbtack needling for subcutaneous embedding and hot compress with Chinese medicine packages can relieve neck and shoulder pain caused by prolonged prone lying after surgery for rhegmatogenous retinal detachment,which can reduce blood viscosity.
