摘　　要：介绍傅云其主任中医师治疗周围性面瘫的临床经验。傅云其在周围性面瘫治疗上衷中参西,精准分期,针药并用;巨刺健侧贯穿治疗始终,同时联合应用滞针抽提、面部闪罐及电针对穴等多种针灸疗法。难治性面瘫注重颈面同治,辨证施治,重用微针刀松解颈项肌群。This paper introduces the clinical experience of traditional Chinese Medicine(TCM)Director FU Yunqi in treating peripheral facial paralysis.FU focuses on the academic thought of Chinese medicine and also refers to western medicine,and he divides the disease stages precisely and uses both acupuncture and medicine.The method of great needling at healthy sides is adopted throughout the treatment,and meanwhile,he uses sticking of needle to extract,facial flash cupping and electroacupuncture at point pairs.For refractory facial paralysis,attention should be paid to the simultaneous treatment of neck and face based on syndrome differentiation and treatment,and the use of microacupotomy should be used to release the cervical muscle group.
