摘　　要：介绍尹建平教授从伏郁致病理论辨治慢性便秘的临床经验。尹建平教授以伏邪理论为基础,从伏邪藏匿六郁(即气、湿、热、痰、血、食)致病的机理出发,抓住慢性便秘以肠腑传导失司的病机特点,以理中焦、宣上焦、通下焦为治法,在辨证论治过程中,善用气药,三因制宜,灵活遣方用药。To introduce the clinical experience of Prof.YIN Jianping in treating chronic constipation by syndrome differentiation based on the theory of diseases caused by latent constraints.Starting from the mechanism that the latent pathogen is hidden in the six constraints,including qi,dampness,heat,stasis,blood and food,Prof.YIN focuses on the pathogenic characteristics of failure to transmit by intestine of chronic constipation,and adopts the treatment methods of regulating the middle energizer,diffusing the upper energizer and unblocking the lower energizer.In syndrome differentiation and treatment,Prof.YIN tends to use qi medicinal,follow the three considerations of time,person and place,and adopt prescriptions and medication in a flexible way.
