摘　　要：1934-1936年以凌纯声、陶云逵为主的云南调查,是依托学术机构对云南全省展开的第一次全方位和大范围的“地毯式”调查,为当时的滇缅边界勘定提供了有力的依据,在人类学民族学学科发展史上具有重要地位。本次调查属于综合性调查,涵盖体质测量、历史文献搜集、神话故事整理、口头传说记录、图片摄影等诸多方面,涉及生活习俗、体质、语言、宗教等多种主题。调查收集的实物与民间传说材料,以及学者们依托调查形成的丰厚研究成果,为西南民族研究留下了宝贵遗产。The Survey on Yunnan from 1934 to 1936 led by Ling Chunsheng and Tao Yunkui,was the first comprehensive and large-scale survey in Yunnan Province conducted by academic institutions.It provided a strong basis for the demarcation of the YunnanMyanmar border and plays a significant role in the academic history of anthropology and ethnology.Thissurvey was a comprehensive survey that covered various aspects such as physical fitness measurement,historical literature,mythological stories,oral legend recording,photography.It involved various themes-lifestyles,social customs,physical fitness,languages,religions,etc.The physical objects and folk legend materials collected through survey,as well as the rich research results formed by scholars based on the survey,have left the valuable heritage for studies of Southwestern ethnic groups.
