青敷水凝胶贴膏质量标准研究

摘　　要：目的:为青敷水凝胶贴膏质量标准的建立提供参考依据。方法:对制剂中青黛、姜黄、大黄进行薄层定性鉴别,建立制剂中盐酸小檗碱含量测定方法。结果:薄层色谱专属性好,展开效果良好,具有一定耐用性。盐酸小檗碱质量浓度在4.8075~76.92μg·mL^(-1)范围内峰面积分布线性关系良好(r=0.9996);重复性、精密度、稳定性均<2.00%。结论:该定性、定量方法简易可行,专属性强,准确性、重复性良好,可为青敷水凝胶贴膏质量标准的制定提供参考。Objective:To provide reference and basis for the establishment of the quality standard of Qingfu hydrogel paste.Methods:The TLC identification of Indigo Naturalis,Turmeric and Rhubarb in the preparation was carried out,and a method for the determination of berberine hydrochloride in the preparation was established.Results:TLC has good specificity,good development effect and durability.The mass concentration of berberine hydrochloride in the range of 4.8075~76.92μg·mL^(-1)has a good linear relationship(r=0.9996).Repeatability,precision and stability were all less than 2.00%.Conclusion:The qualitative and quantitative method is simple and feasible,with good specificity,accuracy and repeatability,which can provide a reference for the establishment of the quality standard of Qingfu hydrogel patch.
