摘　　要：蒙药炮制主要以蒙医药理论为指导,依据疾病的特征及临床表现,按照药材性质和临床用药要求,选取科学合理的炮制方法,是蒙医药现代化研究的重要组成部分。通过查阅蒙药炮制研究的相关文献,总结常用蒙药炮制前后在指标成分含量、毒性、疗效等方面的变化,体现蒙药炮制减毒增效、改变或缓和药性、便于制剂与收藏、方便服用等特点;总结了蒙药炮制中存在的问题,提出既要继承传统用药理论和实践经验,又要吸纳现代科学发展的最新成果,旨在为深入研究蒙药炮制及其合理应用提供参考。As an important part of the modernization research of Mongolian medicine,Mongolian medicine processing is guided by Mongolian medicine theory to select scientific and reasonable processing methods,based on the characteristics and clinical manifestations of diseases,properties of medicinal materials,and clinical medication requirements.To sum-marize the changes in the content of index components,toxicity,and efficacy of commonly used Mongolian medicines before and after processing,in order to reflect the characteristics of Mongolian medicine processing to reduce toxicity and enhance efficacy,change or alleviate the medicinal properties,facilitate preparation and collection,and facilitate tak-ing.To summarize the problems existing in the processing of Mongolian medicine,and puts forward that we should not only inherit the traditional medication theory and practical experience,but also absorb the latest achievements of mod-ern scientific development,in order to provide a reference for further study of Mongolian medicine processing and its rational application.
