艾灸镇静穴对颈性眩晕患者血液流变学和椎动脉血流的影响

摘　　要：目的:探讨艾灸镇静穴治疗颈性眩晕的临床疗效及对患者血液流变学、椎动脉血流的影响。方法:选取120例颈性眩晕患者为研究对象,按就诊顺序随机分为观察组60例,采用艾灸镇静穴加口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗;对照组60例,采用口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,每天1次,7天为1个疗程。比较患者治疗前后的临床疗效,同时比较两组患者治疗前后血液流变学和颈椎中立位椎动脉血流速度变化。结果:观察组总有效率为93.3%,优于对照组75.0%(P<0.05)。两组均能有效改善血液流变学指标和椎动脉血流速度,观察组比较显著。结论:艾灸镇静穴治疗颈性眩晕治疗效果优于单纯口服甲磺酸倍他司汀片治疗,明显改善患者血液流变学和椎动脉血流状况。Objective:To observe the clinical efficacy of moxibustion on jing-point on cervical vertigo and its influence on blood flow of hemorheology and vertebral arteries.Methods:120 patients with cervical vertigo were selected.The pa-tients were randomly divided into Treatment Group(n=60)and Control Group(n=60).The treatment group was treated with moxibustion at sedation points and oral Betahistine mesylate tablets.The control group was treated with Betahistine mesylate tablets.Once a day,7 days as a course of treatment.The clinical effects were compared before and after treatment.The blood flow velocities of the vertebral artery in the neutral position of the cervical spine and the he-morheology were compared before and after treatment.Results:The total effective rate of the treatment group was 93.3%,which was better than that of the control group(75.0%).Both groups could effectively improve the hemorhe-ology index and blood flow velocity of vertebral artery.The treatment group was more significant.Conclusion:The therapeutic effect of moxibustion at sedation point on cervical vertigo was better than that of oral Betahistine mesylate alone and improved hemorheology and vertebral blood flow.
