皮肤病上热下寒证临证经验总结

摘　　要：上热下寒证属寒热错杂证候之一,内科疾病辨治中多有提及,临床观察发现,此证在皮肤病中亦常见,其皮肤表现与中、下二焦密切相关,辨证施治以清上温下为原则,临床选方灵活多变。由于相关论述较少,现举三则上热下寒证皮肤病医案,通过对皮肤病上热下寒证的辨治经验、常用方剂及证候表现进行总结,以供临床参考。The pattern of heat in the upper and cold in the lower is always mentioned in differential treatment of Internal medi-cine diseases,which belongs to the category of syndrome of cold and heat complex,It's common that the pattern in dermatosis by some clinical observation.The symptom of it is related to middle energizer and lower energizer.Clearing the upper and war-ming the lower is the treatment principle of this pattern.While formula choosing is flexible and less discussed in clinic,there are three dermatosis cases which patients are recognized as the pattern of heat in the upper and cold in the lower.This paper discusses experience in differential treatment of dermatosis with pattern of heat in the upper and cold in the lower,meanwhile summarizes some commonly used formulas and syndrome manifestation for clinical reference.
