从太阴病论治干燥综合征

摘　　要：干燥综合征是一种可引起多器官、多系统损害的慢性炎症性自身免疫病,该病情况复杂多样,个体差异很大,影响患者生活质量。根据干燥综合征患者兼有燥证与湿证的临床案例,提出从太阴病论治该病,分析从太阴病脾虚寒湿证角度论治干燥综合征的诊疗思路,阐述燥与湿的辨证关系,以及太阴脾土与干燥综合征的联系,提出温脾助阳、祛寒除湿、顾护脾阴的治疗原则,以太阴病之主方理中汤为底方,加减化裁,附临床案例一则,为治疗干燥综合征提供参考。Sjogren's syndrome is a chronic inflammatory autoimmune disease that can cause damage to multiple organs and systems.According to the clinical case of Sjogren's syndrome patients with both dryness and dampness syndrome,put forward the treatment of Taiyin disease,analyzes the diagnosis and treatment ideas of Sjogren's syndrome from the perspective of spleen deficiency and dampness syndrome of Taiyin disease,and further expounds the relationship be-tween dryness and dampness,and the connection between Taiyin and Spleen-earth and Sjogren's syndrome,so as to put forward the treatment principles of warming the spleen to help yang,dispelling cold and removing dampness,and pro-tecting the spleen-yin.Cases,analyze the drug ideas for the treatment of Taiyin-cold-dampness syndrome,and open up new ideas for the treatment of Sjogren's syndrome.
