摘　　要：目的:采用数据挖掘的方法探讨中医药治疗糖尿病肾病(DN)的中医证型及方药特点与规律,为临床辨证论治及遣方用药提供参考。方法:检索2010年1月-2021年12月中国知识资源总库(CNKI)收载,符合纳入标准的中医药治疗DN相关文献,利用统计软件IBM SPSSStatistics25.0软件及IBM SPSS Modeler18.0软件进行频数统计分析、关联规则分析和聚类分析,找出治疗DN的证型及方药规律。结果:共纳入文献333篇,共涉及中药复方478首,其中自拟方318首,常用方剂为参芪地黄汤、六味地黄汤、金匮肾气汤等;证型共132个,以气阴两虚证、阳虚证、阴虚证为主,病位证素主要为脾肾,病性证素主要为瘀、水湿、毒邪,气虚、阴虚、阳虚等;中药共274味,18类,以补虚药、活血化瘀药、利水渗湿药、清热药和收涩药为主,高频药物为黄芪、茯苓、山药、丹参、泽泻、当归等;药物多归肝、肺、脾、肾经,药性多寒,药味以甘苦为主。常用药对组合为茯苓-白术、茯苓-泽泻、山茱萸-牡丹皮等,常用3味药药对组合有山药-山茱萸-茯苓、山药-泽泻-山茱萸、茯苓-泽泻-山茱萸等,聚类分析共得4首核心聚类方。结论:DN为本虚标实之证,以脾肾两虚为本,瘀血、痰湿、浊毒等为标,治疗以健脾益肾、益气养阴、活血化瘀、清热利湿等为主,可为临床辨治DN提供参考。Objective:To explore the traditional Chinese medicine syndrome types and prescription characteristics and laws of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of diabetic nephropathy(DN)by means of data mining,so as to provide reference for clinical syndrome differentiation and treatment and prescription medication.Methods:The Chinese National Knowledge infrastructure Base(CNKI)from January 2010 to December 2021 was searched for relevant literatures on the treatment of DN with traditional Chinese medicine that met the inclusion criteria,the statistical software IBM SPSS Statistics 25.0 and IBM SPSS Modeler 18.0 were used for frequency statistical analysis,association rule analysis,and cluster analysis,which is to analyze the syndrome types and prescription rules for treating DN.Results:A total of 333 papers were included,involving 478 Chinese herbal compound prescriptions,of which 318 were self-made prescriptions.The commonly used prescriptions were Shenqi Dihuang Decoction,Liuwei Dihuang Decoction,Jinkui Shenqi Decoction,etc;A total of 132 syndromes,Qi and Yin Deficiency,Yang Deficiency,Yin Deficiency are the main syndromes types.The main elements of the disease location are the spleen and kidney,and the main elements of the disease are blood stasis,water-dampness,poisonous pathogens,qi deficiency,yin deficiency,yang deficiency,etc.There are 274 traditional Chinese medicines in total.18 categories,mainly tonic medicines,blood-activating and stasis-removing medicines,diuresis and dampness medicines,heat-clearing medicines and astringent medicines.High-frequency drugs are Astragalus,Poria,Chinese yam,Salvia,Alisma,Angelica,etc.The medicines are mostly attributed to the liver,lung,spleen and kidney meridians.The medicinal properties are more cold,and the medicinal taste is mainly sweet and bitter.The commonly used combinations of medicines are Poria-Atractylodes,Poria-Alismatis,Cornus-Maedanpi,etc.The commonly used three-drug combinations are Chinese yam-Corus-Poria,Chinese yam-Alismatis-Corus,Chinese Poria-Alisma
