地龙本草考证及炮制方法历史沿革

摘　　要：通过查阅与整理历代本草医籍、现代国家或部颁标准、省级炮制规范及现代文献等资料,对地龙的来源、性味归经、功效、炮制及服用方法进行系统考证,并对其古今炮制方法进行整理归纳,以期为地龙的临床应用、炮制规范及基础研究提供参考。经考证,古代本草医籍与现代《中华人民共和国药典》记载的地龙来源一致,历代对地龙性味归经、功效的描述与现代基本一致,其味咸,性寒,归肝、脾、膀胱经,主治伤寒伏热、蛇瘕、去三虫、黄疸及耳聋等,服用方法由简单演变为精准依方依法使用。古代到现代的炮制方法从20种减少到6种,地龙的炮制方法存在鲜明“一地多法、各地各法”的现象,缺乏统一的质量标准。从地龙的本草考证、炮制方法等方面进行论述,以期为地龙的相关研究提供参考。By reviewing and sorting out the medical records of past dynasties,modern national or ministerial standards,provincial processing norms and modern literature,etc.Systematic research on the source of earthworm,meridian distribution of nature and flavor,efficacy,processing and taking method,and sorted out its ancient and modern processing methods,At the same time,the ancient and modern processing methods of the earthworm are sorted out,In order to provide reference for the clinical application,processing standard and basic research of Earthworm.After research,it is found that the ancient herbal medical records are consistent with the origin of Earthworm recorded in the modern Chinese Pharmacopoeia,and the descriptions of Earthworm nature,flavor,meridian distribution and efficacy in the past dynasties are basically consistent with modern times.The taste of Earthworm is salty,cold in nature,It belongs to the liver,spleen and bladder meridian,Indications for typhoid fever,snake lumps,removal of three insects,jaundice and deafness,etc.The method of taking has evolved from simple to precise and prescribed according to the law.From ancient times to modern times,the number of processing methods has been reduced from 20 to 6.There is a clear phenomenon of“multiple methods in one place and different methods in different regions”in the processing methods of earthworms,lacking a unified quality standard.This paper discusses the materia medica textual research and processing methods of Earthworm,in order to provide reference for the related research of Earthworm.
