民族药四数九里香研究进展及思考

摘　　要：四数九里香(Murrayatetramera Huang)系芸香科(Rutaceae)九里香属(Murraya)植物,其干燥叶为民族药(彝药)千只眼的来源,广泛分布于我国的南部,资源丰富,其药理作用备受关注。目前,从中分离得到的化学成分主要有咔唑生物碱、黄酮类以及挥发油等,为全面把握民族药四数九里香的研究基础,有效推进四数九里香质量标准体系建设,梳理了四数九里香药效物质基础及药理作用研究文献,系统总结了四数九里香在化学成分、药理作用方面的研究状况。基于此提出以民族用药特色及用药经验为指导,加强四数九里香药效物质基础研究,进一步采用现代细胞代谢组学策略研究和揭示民族药四数九里香发挥药效作用的相关机制,推动民族药四数九里香质量标准体系建设,促进四数九里香现代化和产业化。Murraya Tetramera Huang is a plant of the genus Murraya of Rutaceae.Its dry leaves are the source of a thousand eyes of national medicine(Yi medicine),widely distributed in the south of China.It is rich in resources and has attracted much attention for its pharmacological effects.At present,the chemical components isolated from it main-ly include carbazole alkaloids,flavonoids and volatile oils.In order to comprehensively grasp the research basis of the ethnic medicine Murraya tetramera Huang,and effectively promote the construction of the quality standard system.Systematically combs the material basis of the efficacy and pharmacological effect of the national drug,and summarizes the research status of the chemical composition and pharmacological effect of the Murraya Tetramera Huang.On this basis,it is proposed to study and construct the quality control standard of the national drug Murraya Tetramera Huang under the guidance of the national drug use characteristics and drug use experience,strengthen the research on the ma-terial basis of the efficacy of the national drug Murraya tetramera Huang,promote the establishment of the quality standard system of the national drug Murraya tetramera Huang,and promote the modernization and industrialization of the national drug Murra ya tetramera Huang.
