摘　　要：陈皮是著名的药食同源性传统药材,在医药领域和食品行业都有广泛使用。传统中医药理论认为,陈皮“陈久者良”,其价格随着贮藏年限的延长而升高。迄今为止,陈皮的陈化机理和陈化年限尚未有系统报道。通过查阅国内外有关陈皮的文献,综述了近年来不同贮藏年限陈皮中黄酮类、挥发油类、生物碱类等化学成分的含量差异。分析表明,不同研究者对不同贮藏年限条件下陈皮中化学成分含量变化结果各有不同,但总体认为陈皮需要存放一定时间再使用。通过从采集、炮制、贮藏条件、检测方法、药理活性、临床疗效等方面对不同贮藏年限陈皮展开研究,旨在为陈皮陈化机理和陈化年限提供科学依据,同时为陈皮“陈久者良”的科学内涵提供理论依据。Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium is a famous traditional medicine and food resource,which is widely used in the field of medicine and daily food.Traditional Chinese medicine theory is that,Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,the older,the better,and the price increases gradually with the increase of storage period.However,So far,the aging mechanism and aging age of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium have not been systematically reported.By consulting the relevant litera-ture at home and abroad,this paper review the differences of flavonoids,volatile oils,alkaloids,and other chemical con-stituents in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium with different storage years.The analysis shows that the chemical compo-nents in Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium with different storage varied from different researchers.However,in general,it can be considered that Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium needs to be stored for a certain period of time before usage.Final-ly,the author points out that it should perform the rational study from the collection,processing,storage conditions,de-tection methods,pharmacological activity and clinical effect of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium with different storage years.This study aims to provide scientific basis for the aging mechanism and aging age of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpi-um,and provide a theoretical basis for the scientific connotation of Citri Reticulatae Pericarpium,the older,the better.
