丹皮酚软膏联合他克莫司治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床研究

摘　　要：目的探讨丹皮酚软膏联合他克莫司软膏司治疗皮肤瘙痒症的临床疗效。方法选取2020年2月—2023年1月在廊坊市人民医院就诊的92例皮肤瘙痒症患者,根据计算机随机排列法将92例患者分为对照组和治疗组,每组各46例。对照组将他克莫司软膏涂抹于患处,2次/d,2次间隔12 h;治疗组患者在对照组治疗的基础上将丹皮酚软膏涂抹于患处,1次/d。两组患者连续治疗4周。观察两组的临床疗效,比较两组的瘙痒症状和血清因子水平。结果治疗后,治疗组的总有效率93.48%明显高于对照组的总有效率78.26%(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组的发作频次、每次持续时间低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组发作频次、每次持续时间均低于对照组(P<0.05)。治疗后,两组血清β-内啡肽、5-羟色胺、白细胞介素-4(IL-4)水平低于治疗前(P<0.05);治疗后,治疗组的血清β-内啡肽、5-羟色胺、IL-4水平低于对照组(P<0.05)。结论丹皮酚软膏联合他克莫司软膏治疗皮肤瘙痒症的疗效确切,能显著减轻瘙痒症状,降低血清因子水平,且安全性较好。Objective To investigate the clinical effect of Paeonol Ointment combined with Tacrolimus Ointment in treatment of skin pruritus.Methods Patients(92 cases)with skin pruritus in the People’s Hospital of Langfang City from February 2020 to January 2023 were divided into control and treatment groups according to the computer random arrangement method,and each group had 46 cases.Patients in the control group applied Tacrolimus Ointment to the affected area,twice daily,with an interval of 12 hours between two doses.Patients in the treatment group applied Paeonol Ointment to the affected area on the basis of the control group,once daily.Patients in two groups were treated for 4 weeks.After treatment,the clinical efficacies were evaluated,and pruritus symptoms and factor levels in two groups were compared.Results After treatment,the total effective rate of 93.48%in the treatment group was significantly higher than 78.26%in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the frequency and duration of pruritus in two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the frequency and duration of pruritus in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the serum levels ofβ-endorphin,5-hydroxytryptamine,and IL-4 in two groups were decreased(P<0.05),and the serum levels ofβ-endorphin,5-hydroxytryptamine,and IL-4 in the treatment group were lower than those in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Paeonol Ointment combined with Tacrolimus Ointment is effective in treatment of skin pruritus,and can significantly reduce pruritus symptoms and serum factor levels,with good safety.
