摘  要:良性前列腺增生是影响男性泌尿系统健康的常见病变。姜黄素是从姜黄中提取的二酮类化合物,具有多种功效,临床广泛用于多种疾病的治疗。姜黄素可通过抑制核因子-κB信号通路激活和炎症因子的分泌,促进前列腺间质细胞凋亡,抑制前列腺细胞上皮–间充质转化进程,抑制前列腺组织中生长因子的表达等多种途径抑制前列腺增生和减轻前列腺炎的炎症反应。对姜黄素防治前列腺良性病变的作用机制进行综述,为姜黄素的临床运用提供参考。Benign prostatic hyperplasia is a common disease affecting the health of male urinary system.Curcumin is a diketone compound extracted from Curcumae Longae Rhizoma.It has many effects and is widely used in treatment of many diseases.Curcumin can inhibit prostatic hyperplasia and reduce the inflammatory reaction of prostatitis in a variety of ways,such as inhibit activation of NF-κB signaling pathway and secretion of inflammatory factors,promote apoptosis of prostate stromal cells,inhibit the epithelial-mesenchymal transformation process of prostate cells,inhibit the expression of growth factors in prostate tissue,and other multiple pathways inhibit prostate hyperplasia and alleviate the inflammatory response of prostatitis.This article reviews the mechanism of curcumin in prevention and treatment of benign prostatic diseases,and provides a reference for the clinical application of curcumin.
