摘　　要：修订版昏迷恢复量表(CRS-R)是目前诊断意识障碍(DoC)的金标准,它能区分神经行为功能、意识方面的细微差别,适用于评估严重DoC患者的意识情况,是鉴别植物状态和最小意识状态的首选评估工具。本文就CRS-R量表在国内外的发展动态和临床应用进行综述,分析目前该量表的测评与应用现状,以期为DoC领域进一步研究提供参考。Coma recovery scale-revised(CRS-R)is currently the"gold standard"for the diagnosis of disorders of consciousness(DoC).It can distinguish the nuances in neurobehavioral function and consciousness,and is suitable for the assessment of consciousness in patients with severe DoC.It is the preferred assessment tool for the identification of vegetative states and minimal states of consciousness.This paper summarizes the development and clinical application of CRS-R in China and abroad,and analyzes the current status of evaluation and application of the scale in order to provide the references for further research in the field of DoC.
