摘　　要：二甲双胍是一种治疗2型糖尿病的经典药物,其价格低廉,安全性高。近年来国内外学者通过临床及体外研究发现该药对于痤疮、银屑病、皮肤基底细胞癌、鳞状细胞癌和黑色素瘤、脱发、鲜红斑痣等疾病均有治疗作用,局部使用还可治疗黄褐斑、促进伤口愈合、改善光老化等。本文就该药在皮肤科的应用情况进行综述。Metformin is a classic drug for the treatment of type 2 diabetes,with low price and high safety.In recent years,domestic and abroad scholars have found that it has therapeutic effects on acne,psoriasis,skin basal cell carcinoma,squamous cell carcinoma,melanoma,alopecia,port wine stain and other diseases through clinical and in vitro research.Local use can also treat melasma,promote wound healing,and improve photoaging.In this paper,the author reviewed the application of this drug in dermatology.
