摘 要:自铁死亡概念被提出便受到了病毒研究界的广泛关注,铁死亡在病毒研究中取得了巨大进展。铁是病毒与宿主之间竞争的重要元素,已被描述为铁死亡的关键因子。宿主对铁的利用受限会促进某些病毒的感染,加速宿主细胞死亡进程。铁死亡与铁代谢、铁调节、抗氧化反应等密切相关。本综述讨论了铁在病毒感染中的功能,病毒感染与铁死亡中铁代谢的关系,以及铁调节途径的抗氧化反应。了解病毒感染中铁死亡的潜在信号机制将有利于抗病毒药物的开发。Since the concept of ferroptosis first appeared,it has been widely concerned by the virus research community,and ferroptosis has made great strides in virus research.Iron is an important trace element in the competition between viruses and hosts and has been described as a key factor in ferroptosis,and the failure to utilize iron promotes the infection of some viruses and accelerates the process of host cell death.Ferroptosis is closely related to iron metabolism,iron regulation and antioxidant reaction,which all contribute to our understanding of the mechanism of ferroptosis.In this review,we discuss the role of iron during viral infection,the relationship between viral infection and iron metabolism in ferroptosis,and the antioxidant response of iron-regulated pathways.In viral infections,understanding the underlying signaling mechanism of ferroptosis will be conducive to the development of antiviral drugs.
